Head football coach - Notre Dame Prep
Pontiac Notre Dame Preparatory School is accepting applications for a head football coaching position. NDP is seeking a dynamic leader with a proven record capable of managing an exemplary football program, consisting of grades 5-12. The coach should use the Notre Dame mission statement — “With God we form Christian people, upright citizens and academic scholars” — as the guiding force to provide knowledge, motivation, and leadership on and off of the athletic field to prepare our students for a successful life. The coach is expected to add to each student-athlete’s total educational experience by providing an atmosphere conducive to the spiritual, intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of athletes.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years of successful coaching experience at the varsity level or higher (head or coordinator preferred ). Candidate should be qualified for a full-time teaching or staff position at Notre Dame Preparatory School. Salary is commensurate with coaching and teaching experience.

Middle division science teacher
Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy is seeking a full-time middle school science and mathematics teacher for the remainder of the 2013-2014 school year.
Education: Bachelor's degree and current teacher certification required. Master's degree in science or related field preferred.
Ideal candidates will have:
Current teacher certification and experience/knowledge of the MYP International Baccalaureate Programme and at least 3 years' experience teaching middle school science.
The middle division science teacher will use creative techniques involving technology to deliver integrated science material via IB Unit Plans. They are hardworking, organized, energetic, committed to excellence and willing to go beyond the defined role. The Science Teacher is expected to work collaboratively with other teachers as well as with our Curriculum Coordinator.
