High school athletics intern: Intern will hold multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment including, but not limited to, uniform/equipment inventory, game management and set up, scheduling, venue maintenance, assisting in development of online leadership class, assistance with media guides, multiple projects, etc. This is a meaningful internship and the intern will walk away with a clear understanding of high school athletics. Library/information technician
We are looking for a full time (10 month) library or information technician for the middle and upper division Media Center. Candidates should possess experience in library technology, e-book procurement, circulation procedures, cataloging, and document delivery. Associates degree in Library Tech or similar will be considered.

Administrative assistant—middle division
This is a 12-month hourly position. Applicants must possess excellent organization and communication skills and demonstrate passion for working with middle school students, parents, faculty and staff. Experience working in a fast paced office is required. Elementary Spanish teacher (Gr. 2-5)
International Baccalaureate PYP World School is seeking a Spanish teacher for the 2014-15 school year. Candidates should possess a current teaching certificate in Spanish, as well as knowledge of the IB Programme. Additionally the candidate should be familiar with Apple products.
 
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Teaches knowledge and skills in the Spanish language to elementary students utilizing the course of study prescribed by the school approved curriculum.
• Develops student understanding and appreciation of culture of countries where Spanish language is spoken.
• Evaluates each student’s progress in aural comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing the Spanish language in relationship to the level being taught, and prepares progress reports.
• Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior established with in the essential agreements required to provide an orderly and productive environment.
• Maintains professional competence through in-service education activities provided by the school and/or self-selected professional growth activities.
• Participates cooperatively with the administration and works collaboratively with peers to grow the program.
• Communicates with parents, and principal on student progress.
• Cooperates in school-wide supervision of students during recess and assemblies
• Participates in faculty and/or school committees and the sponsorship of activities.

Webmaster 
Overview: Directly reports to the marketing director in regards to managing the Notre Dame website and serving as the school’s webmaster. Major gifts officer
Overview: Directly reports to the vice president for advancement in regards to all advancement, development and fundraising activities designed to benefit and promote the school. The major gifts officer must believe in the school’s core values, and further them through an aggressive donor identification, cultivation and solicitation process designed to support the school’s upcoming capital campaign.
