Code of Conduct
PART I: Campus and Safety Regulations

During the School Day (7:25 a.m. - 2:55 p.m.) students are restricted to the building and courtyard. Students may not go to their cars or leave campus during the school day without permission from an administrator. Students are not to stay in the parking lot nor in cars. There is no loitering in the hallways or triangles during class time.

While Notre Dame Prep does not attempt to supervise the private life of students during nonschool hours, it is concerned with any conduct which may bring discredit or harm to an individual, the student body, or the school. The school reserves the right to discipline such behavior regardless of where it takes place. As Christian people, students are expected to be respectful of self, others, the school, and school personnel in all behaviors including online postings, pictures, and messages on websites such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc.
GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP
Good sportsmanship is an essential part of educational athletics and is required at all times during
1. Cheers must be for our team and not against the opponent.
2. Be respectful of one another. The other team is an opponent in an athletic competition, not an enemy. Avoid directing comments at a player, fan, or official.
3. Spectators must follow instructions and requests from administrators and supervisors.
Any participant who behaves in an unsportsmanlike manner, who violates any school rules, or who fails to follow these expectations will be eliminated from the event and may not be allowed to attend future school events. Additional school consequences may be applicable.
