On May 20, 2012, Notre Dame Prep's Class of 2012 received their diplomas, marking the completion of a high school career. But perhaps more importantly, it signals that these young men and women of Notre Dame are about as fully prepared as any for the next phase of their academic careers—and for life.

Many colleges and universities will welcome Notre Dame's Class of 2012 in the fall, including the University of Michigan, which is enrolling 24 graduates from NDP.

To date, over $13 million
($13,087,133) in college/university scholarships and grants have been offered to the Notre Dame Prep graduating class of 2012, which numbers 159 students. This is a record amount in total for the school and the $80,000+ per-student average exceeds the per-student average of 17 previous NDP graduating classes.

Also, this year's graduating class logged over 20,000 hours in community service—once again proving that besides turning out academic scholars, Notre Dame continues to graduate "Christian people and upright citizens."
