• NEW- A Service Verification form must be filled out online for each service performed. This form combines the Contract form and the Supervisor form. It is no longer necessary to fill out two separate forms.
• NEW- Each time service hours are submitted online, a confirmation email is sent to the student. Please retain these records in the event there is a question regarding recorded hours. Hours cannot be verified unless the student has the confirmation email. Please immediately notify the Campus Ministry office if you submitted hours and did not receive an immediate confirmation email.
NEW - Service projects for the academic year 2011-12 are to be finished between May 1 2011and April 30, 2012. The Service Verification form must be submitted online within seven (7) days after completion of the service. Work completed during the summer months (May – August) must be submitted online by September 7.This will be strictly adhered to. Those students who submitted summer hours using the contract form must also have their Supervisor Form to Campus Ministry by September 7. Again, this deadline will be strictly adhered to.
The final deadlines for submitting the Service Verification Form online are as follows:
• Senior deadline for submitted Christian Service Hours and Reflection Paper: February 1, 2012
• Junior deadline for submitted Christian Service Hours and Reflection Paper: March 1, 2012

• Freshman deadline for submitted Christian Service Hours and Reflection Paper: April 30, 2012
NEW - All students are to submit one reflection paper upon the completion of their 15 hours. This reflection paper will be submitted via Moodle on the same day the last Service Verification Form is submitted to record the student's completed Christian Service hours. Reflection papers will not be accepted after that submission date or after the above mentioned deadlines. Do not submit your last hours until your paper is written and ready for submission. Students that completed their Christian Service Hours during the summer will be handled on an individual basis.
NEW - Juniors and Seniors are expected to participate in a group discussion/reflection. Group reflections will be scheduled by Campus Ministry and times will be announced. The meetings will take place during the school day.
NEW- A Christian Service Guide will be distributed to all students and posted online within the first few weeks of school. The guide will give more detail to the Christian Service requirement and explain the changes made. The Campus Ministry Office will be visiting all religion classrooms in order to answer questions students may have regarding changes made in recording and reflecting on Christian Service.
NEW- An audit will be processed at the end of Phase II and IV. Students who are not on track to complete their Christian Service hours will be required to meet with the Campus Minister to develop a plan and timeline in order to meet deadlines.
