I. High School Placement Test (S.T.S.)
The High School Placement Test is offered several times at Notre Dame Preparatory. The cost of the exam is $22.00 (make-up exams are $24.00). No pre-registration is required, but students are asked to call the Notre Dame Prep office at (248)373-5300 to guarantee adequate seating is available for students.

II. Application
Application for Admission: Notre Dame Prep accepts applications throughout the year. Students may download the application or contact the Admissions Office to request an admissions packet.

III. Release of Records 

               The application includes a Release of Records from your current school. The records help Notre Dame Prep create a complete academic profile for each student.

IV. Teacher Evaluation
The application also includes a Teacher Evaluation. The evaluation sheet aids in placement of students into the Notre Dame Prep curriculum.

V. Personal Interview:

                Notre Dame Prep interviews every applicant. Interviews are scheduled after receipt of the applicant's completed application and academic records.
