OFFICE OF ADVANCEMENT
The Office of Advancement is responsible for all Institutional Marketing of Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy including, but not limited to, annual and planned giving, capital and endowment campaigns, alumni relations, special events, public relations and school communications.
The office works closely with the administration of the school, alumni, the Board of Trustees, community leaders and the parental community to ensure that the mission of the school is understood and that the needs of the students are continuously met.
The primary advancement goals for the 2005/2006 school year are to:
- Help foster an environment filled with positive energy, a positive attitude and a sense of teamwork amongst the entire institution and all its constituents. From students, parents, grandparents, alumni, alumni parents, faculty and friends, it takes a multi-pronged approach to be successful. The stronger and more united we are as a community, the more successful we will be in carrying out the mission of the school.
- Help the school achieve its financial goals. As with any non-profit organization, the school and the kids in the school depend on our ability to raise the necessary funds to operate the school on an on-going basis. We work closely with the administration to determine the real needs of the school and to develop plans that will achieve financial success for the school.
There are many ways that you can help support the Advancement effort of the school. Gifts to either the Annual Fund or the Capital Campaign are the highest priorities for the school today. We encourage all families to learn about each of these campaigns and to donate generously from their hearts so that we can continue to ensure a strong future for our kids. All donations, at any level, are sincerely needed and appreciated.
