Academics

In each of our three schools, lower (Pre-K - 5), middle (6-8) and high school (9-12), we follow the prestigious International Baccalaureate program of study. This pedological approach to learning challenges and inspires students to think critically about the world around them and helps them develop a lifelong love of knowledge.

Our students excel in their passions and foster new interests. They are offered challenging and rigorous coursework at all levels and in all academic subjects. That is why Notre Dame has been consistently ranked among the top Catholic K-12 schools in Michigan.

While our academic reputation is second to none, it is important to understand that Notre Dame offers an inclusive education environment open to all students regardless of their proficiency. In addition to our honors, advanced placement (AP) and IB courses, we offer a variety of traditional college-preparatory courses that work well for many students.

Through our high-quality instruction and support, we enable our students for success in college, the workplace and beyond.
