ALUMNA JOINS ADVANCEMENT STAFF TO PROMOTE PHILANTHROPY

Notre Dame Preparatory School announced today that Holly Weckler has joined its staff as an advancement officer. A 2003 alumna, she will focus on promoting the Notre Dame Fund and other priorities in the school’s 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. Her office will be located inside the Fr. Colin House.
 
Ms. Weckler brings a wealth of experience from her background in the financial services and technology industry in Chicago and Silicon Valley, following her cum laude graduation in marketing and advertising from Northwood University in 2008. She has honed her skills in developing marketing strategies, fostering industry partnerships, delivering digital and print resources, and hosting in-person events in major U.S. cities.
 
“Holly has all the skills and enthusiasm we were looking for to help us continue building a culture of philanthropy,” said Mark Roberts, vice president for advancement. “She speaks candidly about the doors that Notre Dame Prep opened for her in college and during her career so far. We’re delighted to welcome her ‘home.’”
 
“As I approach my 20th reunion at NDP, I am thrilled for the opportunity to 'come home' to my alma mater and grow the school's annual fund through raising awareness about all the ways Notre Dame provides a great educational and faith-filled experience in and outside the classroom,” Weckler said.
 
The Notre Dame Fund is the school’s most important fundraising priority. Alumni, parents, parents of alumni, grandparents and friends of the school make annual gifts from $25 to $25,000 each year to support students and teachers. For more information, visit https://giving.ndpma.org.
