The Notre Dame Girls and Boys Ski teams took part in their final meets of the season as the Southeast Michigan Ski League (SEMSL) championships were held.
The Notre Dame Girls Varsity Ski team claimed its third consecutive MHSAA Championship while the Boys earned their highest finish in program history.
Both the Notre Dame Girls and Boys Varsity Ski teams dominated their respective competitions at the MHSAA Regional Championships this week. The girls scored an incredible 27, besting second place Cranbrook by 83 points, while the boys also had a strong performance with a score of 29, 114 points ahead of second place Orchard Lake St. Marys.
Both the Notre Dame Girls and Boys Varsity Ski teams took second at the Pine Knob Divisional races.
In the third week of the Pine Knob league season, the Notre Dame Girls Varsity Ski team placed first overall in their Slalom race and followed that performance with a close second place result in giant slalom.
