This lively group is at the core of all our bands, but also practices as a small group and attends clinics which focus on building advanced percussion skills. Recent music includes “Sloppy Joe,” “Hunka Funk,” Star Wars Cantina Band.

This group adds color, dance and movement to the band performance music with its coordinated flag routines. The group also does independent routines for performance.

This large ensemble focuses on improving musical skills with challenging concert music selections. The band performs at competitions, school events and Christmas and spring concerts.

This hand-picked ensemble plays the music to accompany the annual fall musical. Often this group contains both students and professional musicians. Recent scores performed include “Beauty and the Beast,” “Grease,” “Sound of Music,” “Into the Woods,” “Little Mermaid.”

This select group of musicians practices daily during an added class at the end of the school day. Jazz band performs at school functions as well as private events such as fundraisers, graduation parties, weddings, Christmas parties, and dinner dances.

Students who wish to start playing an instrument or pick up an additional instrument can take this course to learn it and then integrate into other bands. Instruction occurs at the group level and is paired with individual coaching.

Students learn to create music using modern electronics such as iPads, iPods, iPhones, computers, synthesizers, wind controllers or any electronic device that makes sound. No experience is necessary in this creation-based course.
