BREADCRUMB

At Notre Dame Prep, students have access to a vibrant vocal music program brimming with exciting opportunities for honing and showcasing their talent.

Lower school students actively participate in school Masses, enhancing the worship experience with their musical talents. Additionally, they can partake in formal choral training through the third, fourth, and fifth-grade choirs. Middle school students enjoy the freedom to engage in choir activities and even the chance to be part of the annual middle school musical production.

A rich tapestry of experiences awaits upper school students. The Women's Chorus and Irishmen, an all-male ensemble, are open to all students eager to refine their vocal skills. For those with a deeper passion, we offer two auditioned groups—the Honors Chamber Choir and the Praise and Worship Ensemble.

Our middle and upper school choirs boast a distinguished history of achieving excellent and superior ratings at the Michigan School Vocal Music Association's (MSVMA) district and state festivals. Beyond these accolades, our choirs have embarked on unforgettable journeys to cities like Chicago, New York, and even Hawaii. Notably, they've graced the hallowed stage of Carnegie Hall, a symbol of prestige in the world of music performance.
